What Is FightWorld?

FightWorld is an online arcade clubhouse that runs supported arcade games in the browser. It is built around quick local play, rollback rooms, 1CC leaderboards, spectating, replays, chat, character ranks, and game-specific training tools.

It started from a simple problem: installing emulators is not always possible on every machine. Bring your own legally obtained ROM and BIOS files, drop them into the browser, and FightWorld keeps them local so you can play from the same machine again later.

The current alpha is focused on desktop and laptop browsers first, where keyboard, joystick, controller, and arcade-style layouts can work properly.

Emulator Core

FightWorld runs games through a WebAssembly emulator core based on FinalBurn Neo / FBNeo. FightWorld does not provide ROMs or BIOS files.
